Size Guide

EnergyLink · Find your fit

Two measurements.
One comfortable fit.

First match the band to your Apple Watch case. Then choose the band length for your wrist. These are two different measurements.

Case size = the size of your Apple Watch.
Wrist size = the circumference around your wrist.

Step 01 · Your Apple Watch

Check your model and case size.

Look for the case-size marking on the back of your Apple Watch. Check the model as well as the number: a 42 mm watch from an older series is not the same case family as a 42 mm Series 10, 11, or 12.

New-model compatibility confirmed: EnergyLink has been tested for band fit and magnetic charging with Apple Watch Series 12, Ultra 4, and SE 3. Select the matching case size and wrist size before ordering.

Case-size examples from our product sizing materials
Apple Watch model Smaller case Larger case
Series 4, 5 & 6 40 mm 44 mm
Series 7, 8 & 9 41 mm 45 mm
Series 10, 11 & 12 42 mm 46 mm
SE (1st, 2nd & 3rd generation) 40 mm 44 mm
Ultra 1, 2, 3 & 4 — 49 mm

The product page uses the option labels 38mm–42mm and 44mm–49mm. Match your model and case size to the correct option; these labels are not a guarantee that every model within a numeric range fits. For Series 1–3, older 42 mm models, or a model not listed above, contact us before ordering.

Step 02 · Your wrist

Measure around your wrist.

01 · WRAP

Use a soft tape or paper strip.

Wrap it around the wrist where you normally wear your watch. Keep it flat and comfortably snug, without squeezing your skin.

02 · MARK

Mark where the ends meet.

If you use paper, mark the overlap point. Remove the strip and lay it flat.

03 · READ

Measure in millimeters.

Use a ruler to measure from the start of the strip to your mark. This is your wrist circumference, not the width across your wrist.

Step 03 · Band length

Choose M or L.

M

130–190 mm

Approx. 5.1–7.5 in wrist circumference
L

150–210 mm

Approx. 5.9–8.3 in wrist circumference
Your wrist circumference Band-length options
130 mm to under 150 mm M
150–190 mm M or L — both cover this range
Over 190 mm to 210 mm L

Check the complete combination. Wrist range alone does not confirm case compatibility. After selecting your case size, check which M/L options are available for your chosen color. Some combinations may be unavailable.

EnergyLink L sizing diagram: 44–49 mm case option and 150–210 mm wrist circumference
L · 150–210 mm wrist circumference · Shown with the 44–49 mm case option.

Put the two together.

Example: 45 mm + 170 mm wrist

For a Series 7–9 45 mm case, select the larger case option. A 170 mm wrist is within both M and L ranges; check the available combination before adding to cart.

Example: 49 mm + 200 mm wrist

For a 49 mm Ultra, select the larger case option. A 200 mm wrist falls within the L range.

Example: 41 mm + 140 mm wrist

For a Series 7–9 41 mm case, select the smaller case option. A 140 mm wrist falls within the M range; confirm that this combination is offered.

Size questions, answered.

My wrist fits both M and L. Which should I choose?

Both stated ranges include your measurement. The bands differ in length, and fit can vary with your watch case and preferred overlap. If you are unsure, send us your model, case size, and wrist circumference so we can help before you order.

Do color choices change the sizing?

Use the case-size and wrist-size selections for your chosen color. Do not judge fit from the color or product photo alone.

Is M the size of my watch case?

No. M and L refer to band length and wrist fit. The case-size option refers to the connector fit for your Apple Watch. Select both.

What should I check after fitting the band?

Make sure the connectors are securely seated and the clasp is fastened. The band should feel comfortable and secure without pinching. Adjust the fit before everyday wear.
